Facial ageing is linked to volume medications associated with a relaxation of the tissues and a modification of the skin's texture. Volume defects will appear with age, sometimes starting very early for dark circles and evolving at a speed and on topographies that vary greatly depending on the individual.
Filling can be done with autologous fat (lipostructure), or with synthetic products, mainly hyaluronic acid. Dr Mallet uses this product in this example, giving us the benefit of his enormous experience in lipostructure and micro fat grafts.
